Hey there, I’m Megan!

Operations leader, hiring expert, and people developer turned performance consultant and leadership coach.

My approach

As an experienced consultant, I don’t believe in off-the-shelf solutions.

Every organization, team, and situation is unique and requires a custom set of tools and solutions. I am diligent about finding the root cause of problems so we can solve them for the long-haul. I rely on research-backed approaches to improve your organization and team’s performance.

Your business is unique. Your consulting solutions should be too.

My expertise

Operational excellence

After graduating from Boise State University with a Marketing degree and Division 1 soccer career under my belt, I made the natural next step and did nothing with my Marketing degree :) I became an Executive Team Leader at Target, which is Target-talk for an operations leader. I led seven managers along with their 70+ operations team members and loved every minute of it.

People excellence

After several years leading and developing awesome teams, I wanted to focus full time on my real passion - developing leaders to lead exceptional teams.

My first thought? “HR does that… right?”

While I wasn’t totally correct, I wasn’t entirely wrong either. I spent another eight years chasing this passion focusing on talent acquisition, strategic HR business partnership, organizational development and even designed a class on practical leadership skills for Boise State University that I still teach today. I also kept those soccer cleats warm and co-coached a high school team to a few state titles and spent two seasons coaching a college team.

Excellence all around

In my pursuit to help leaders lead winning teams, I’ve now come full circle! From my 10+ years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand that winning teams have both operational and people excellence. Today I am a consultant, analyst, facilitator, strategic partner, and coach who will stop at nothing to solve the complex problems that hold teams back from achieving their goals.

Beyond the work

My happy place? In the mountains. Cool, pine-tree-scented air. Bonus points for an alpine lake!

Add my favorite person in the whole world, my amazing husband Joe, our sweet daughter Izzy, and two goofy black labs. Sprinkle in some camping, mountain biking, bikepacking, backpacking, and really any other adventure you can think of…
