  • This is for mid-level to senior leaders, business owners, and team leads who want to become more effective, confident, and efficient in how they lead — and who are ready to put better systems in place for their teams.

  • Not at all. This isn’t just for leaders in crisis — it’s for leaders who want to level up. Whether you’re stepping into a new leadership role, preparing to scale, or simply want to sharpen how your team runs, this program will push your performance to the next level.

  • Each session builds on the last and these will not be recorded since they are in person. However, you’ll receive access to session materials and the workbook will help you stay on track between sessions. Optional group coaching calls are also offered between workshops to help you apply what you’re learning in real time.

  • Live sessions are every other Wednesday from 9 am–12 pm MT (six total). Optional group coaching calls are 1 hour on the off weeks. Outside of that, you’ll be applying what you’re learning in the flow of your normal leadership — no extra homework, just better habits.

  • This isn’t a one-day seminar or a passive learning experience. You’ll implement new tools as you go, practice with your real team, and get support every step of the way. It’s tactical, high-impact, and built for leaders who want results — not just ideas.
